Ordered 12/1/23 two pairs of customized pajama bottoms hoping they would arrive by Xmas. Never did. Tried to contact them an half dozen and kept receiving bot replies or “how did you like your order?” Finally gave up today and filed a claim with my credit card company or I’m certain they would have pocketed my $98 and never done a thing to resolve. Buyer beware.

Do not buy from this company. I ordered pajamas / socks on December 2nd as a Christmas gift. Received an email a little over a week later with a USPs shipping number. However, USPS showed as awaiting the item from Fluffay. And still does 25 days later. I emailed Fluffay 3 separate times thereafter inquiring and received no reply. Website claims it has live chat but that was nowhere to be seen. As of this day still have not received the product, no reply by the company, and out $64. Funny enough, they sent me an email to review how I liked the product.

We got to put our hen Fluffy on these pink camo pjs. They came out amazing. Cute, comfy & cozy! Eggxactly how we would want our PJs to be. They are very soft. It was easy to design and customize. Quick turnaround (anything under 3 weeks is good for me). Fluffy absolutely adores that she is on them. We sized up but you can get your normal size.

It is very soft and arrived quicker than I expected. Communications at times were a bit strained and there was some clear misunderstandings. (They gave me the wrong shipping confirmation) which led to a whole lot of confusion but in the end the product was nice and technically still arrived earlier than I originally anticipated.

If you are thinking about getting your pet on pj’s….DO IT! Our dog of almost 15 yrs had to be put down. My teen daughter and 20 yr old son loved their gift! The picture we sent in was perfectly cropped and added to the material. The material is soft and comfortable. 5 Stars from us!

I absolutely love the snug fit pajamas! The material is so soft and the designs are cute! I love the snug fit style but don’t like my clothes really tight so I sized up one size and the fit is perfect! My daughter is 8 and i sized up for her as well and she loves them! I ordered two pair: one to showcase each of my dreamy boys and to match the masks I purchased at the beginning of the pandemic. I am literally a couple of pair of socks away from being a full-on crazy cat lady, head to toe! These pajamas are VERY soft and comfortable; they may be too warm for sleeping during the summer months, but are ideal for lounging any time of year. If you're between sizes, I'd definitely recommend ordering a size up. I ordered a size up hoping they'd be loose and baggy but they actually fit "just right." The fabric is silky, stretchy, and has a nice weight to it. If you like lounging, you will LOVE these pajamas!!

I ordered 2 pairs of the women’s PJ sets for 2 very close friends for Christmas gifts and they are perfect! I ordered the solid black and the pictures of their pups just pop! The fabric is a very very soft satin with a good amount of stretch. Sizing does seem to run a tad small but I think they’ll fit fine due to the stretch in the material. It did take a little while to receive them so just plan ahead. Customer service was amazing with keeping me updated on my order. Wishing I had ordered a pair for myself now!
